Gelly Roll Moonlight
The pen writes well on white, but particularly comes to life on black.
Can be used on acetate, but needs to be coloured on wrong side. Also works on shrink plastic - allow to dry before shrinking. Lovely used as a Watercolour.
Miracle Moonlight is available in 5 fluorescent and 5 pastel colours.
