Acetate

I stuck the peel-offs onto acetate - coloured with Glaze allowing some of the colours bleed together for good toning.  Stick the bottom peel-off down with double sided tape and then bend the top set of wings and stick down again with double sided tape.

The reason for card title is that when the light shines on the card in certain ways you get pretty patches of colour shining through the acetate.
