We provide a fast mail order service throughout the UK with competitive postage rates.

Lost or Late Packages
Although we make every effort to ensure that you order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arise. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return of Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Should your goods arrive and they are not want you wanted you should contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a product refund. This refund is subject to successful return of products in an unopened/unused condition suitable for reselling.
